Shipping Policy

All orders are shipped with an approximate delivery time of 3--5 business days. Any standard shipping within the US or Puerto Rico will have a flat rate of $6.99 and FREE Shipping in orders over $100. However we are currently have FREE SHIPPING on all orders! If it is an overnight delivery, please make sure to contact Flamingo Season via DM (Instagram) or email prior placing the order so we can confirm that the service is available; shipping cost may vary. 

 

Please note that at times unexpected delays may occur which Flamingo Season has no control over and is not responsible for. 

 

All orders processed during business hours Monday - Friday are dispatched the following business day. Orders placed on Saturday are dispatched on Monday.

Return & Exchange Policy

We got you! If the item doesn't fit the return needs to be received within 20 days of purchase and you will get a full refund. All returned items need to be unworn, unwashed and with the tags attached. Returns are processed within 5-7 business days of package received. Refunds can only be issued to the original form of payment. Returned shipping cost is at the customers expense. Any returned item received after 20 days will receive a store credit. Store credits don't expire! 

 

Accessories such as jewelry or headwear cannot be returned. 

 

All items discounted, purchased on sale or using a promotional code are final sale and can not be returned or exchanged.
